THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER ONLY

SCOUT HUT at 1279 MORAGA WAY

Over the last 24 years Bobbie and Tom Preston have collected over 3,700 repairable bikes.

This year, partnering with Moraga Troop 246, bikes and more can be dropped off at the Scout Hut (across from the fire station). 

• YES: Bike racks, bike baskets, pumps and tools, biking clothing in primo condition (Place in a plastic sealed bag). 
• NO: rusty bikes, helmets, razors, scooters, or trikes 

Donations can be left behind the Scout Hut. 

Where Do The Donated Cycles Go?

• Used as a teaching tool in the receiving organizations’ youth bicycle mechanics internship program

• Sold in the receiving organization’s retail shop to help fund their

youth and community programs

• Fix donated bikes and get them to people & groups in need of transportation

• Provide low-income and historically marginalized groups with access to bikes, cycling programming, peer-to-peer engagement, role models and more.
